It’s been seen in episodes of Succession, Gossip Girl and Manifest and now, a six-story NYC townhouse on East 75th Street in Manhattan is going on the market for $14.995 million. Featuring five bedrooms and six baths, the 6,000-square-foot home is located in the heart of the Upper East Side, just a few blocks from the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Set on a tree-lined block, the townhouse has been made over with contemporary touches and finishes including solid European white oak 7-inch plank floors, with interior design overseen by Inson Dubois Wood. The home was featured in the firm’s 2016 Rizzoli book, Inson Dubois Wood: Interiors.

The townhouse, featuring an open-floor-plan style, also offers a glass rear façade that opens to 2,000 square feet of outdoor, landscaped living space, including terraces. The custom Arclinea-designed eat-in kitchen includes Miele appliances and a Statuarietto marble island with a built-in workspace. A high-speed elevator accesses all floors.
Further details include a custom suspended steel staircase, a living room with a wet bar, a gas fireplace surrounded by lacquered ebony millwork and views over the garden. The library on the same floor is paneled in wenge wood and includes a hidden 9-foot screen, allowing the space to be used as a media room, as well.
The primary suite occupies the whole fourth floor. It features a fireplace, a dressing room, walk-in closet, wood-paneled office and windows overlooking the garden. The primary en suite bathroom boasts a stand-alone bathtub, separate shower, Dornbracht fixtures and white statuary marble.
Higher up are two bedrooms with en suite baths on the fifth floor and a glass-enclosed penthouse lounge that currently is kitted out as a home gym. On this level, there are also two terraces, one looking out over the bell towers of St. Jean Baptiste Church, which opened in 1913.
A lower-level garden floor includes a bedroom, full bath, laundry room (one of two in the townhouse), storage and a media room that fronts the landscaped garden, which includes a Wolf grill.
The property is listed with Jacob Greenberg and Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group at Compass and Adam Modlin of Modlin Group.
In August, Gambino sold a Miami home owned by Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner for $15 million, while in September, Modlin sold the Manhattan townhouse where Miranda Priestly lived in The Devil Wears Prada for $26.5 million.
